The Five Mile Creek Recreation Committee met for the first time in December 2006.
Purpose of Committee

1. inventory of interests in recreation in Five Mile Creek watershed
2. discussion of organization to target other outdoor enthusiasts
3. creation of recreational calendar for Five Mile Creek
4. Setting goals for grant seeking
